Very very BAD service

One star is really to much. Snatcher just stole money from me. This is 18h00 on 19 December and the 7th busines day, and I still haven't been refunded as they said they will. Can someone PLEASE advice me what drastic action I can do againts them???? I have send 2 emails to get an update from them and they are completely ignoring me.
