VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

VERY VERY BAD experience: 1. when product was arrived parts of it was broken. can not use at all. 28th April. 2. Snatcher told us they will not refund us, they will send parts by courier and we must DIY ourselves. 3. Still waiting for parts today is 1st of June, STILL WAITING 4. would not recommend them at all!!!
