Very upset due to no refund 3 months

It has been almost 3 months without any refund. This is seriously unacceptable. What is going on?

Snatcher has always given good customer service but this service is up to ****.

How difficult is it to do a refund, does the finance department not known how to do their job?

I have been very nice and very patient for long and no one even send updates if I don't follow up. When I do follow up its ALWAYS the same story! You'll get back to me and sorry for delay. Yeah well needless to say you don't get back to me and no refund was done.
