Very Unsattisfied

I ordered 4 of the same units as Xmas gifts for my kids when the order finally came al the boxes were opened some were torn and on one unit the couloir got pens and stencils were missing. I sent an email with photos to Snatcher and have 3 different reference numbers for the complaint and it’s been 7 days with no response from Snatcher. It seems that there is no customer service. I could not give those units as gifts to the kids in such a horrible and incomplete state. I am still waiting for a response from my them on how they are going to resolve this issue. At this stage I will not recommend anyone from purchasing anything from Snatcher
