VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I ordered Nu Home Emma chairs from Snatcher...my first ever order from them....but saw that they pride themselves in doing a quality check before they dispatch their items to me, so it seemed safe. BUT when I opened the box, there were deep scratches over the legs of these chairs, and NO assembly booklet/paper. I tried to assemble one of the chairs that was not damaged, but it was lopsided, so I decided to return it. What I'm mad at is - I had to pay for the return - as it is a large package, it cost me R690, PLUS they deducted a 15% handling fee from my refund. I feel this is SUPER unprofessional, as they sent me a damaged / faulty product, and I did not return the product because I didn't like it or changed my mind. I will NEVER order from them again. I am very unhappy with them.
