Very unhappy client

I place a order for a cell phone case with a battery pack on the 18th of April 2023 i paid for the item and have had to follow up every week to try find out were my item is with a very medioca response saying there is a delay with no end in site. I would not recommend the company to anyone and its a pity because i really did like and need the product.
