Very unhappy and angry client

I placed an order with Snatcher on 7march for items. No one communicated with me on stock availability. Only when I questioned about my delivery they said they waiting for stock. Then I received a call on the 17th march asking me if I would accept colour white on power bank. And they will despatch the goods . Then I received an email stating delivery progress. For 18th march, after waiting an entire day I received a message from delivery company stating I didn’t respond. Please I urge someone to look into this company if this is a legit company as they are taking funds and messing around with people
