Very Poor customer service from Snatcher online! DO NOT buy form them!! EVER!!

DO NOT Buy from Snatcher! alot of bad reviews! Their returns policy is useless! They do not get back to you, ignore your emails. Bought a faulty LED desk lamp and cant get them to replace he item even after I phoned them numerous times and they said they would collect! stay away from snatcher, also almost all their stuff they sell is out of stock! Stick to takealot, Takelaot customer service is brilliant.
