VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very disappointed there isn't an option to give zero stars. Fist time I ordered, it took forever as they ran out of stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. After placing the order I saw one of the items was now 'sold out'. Still thought.....yeah, I got the last one. After 5 days with bow updating in the order progress, I sent a mail, enquiring about the 'sold out' item. I requested a cancelation and refund if the item was not available. I was assured my order was being prepared for courier collection. A few days later the courier delivered.....only one item. Upon enquiring I was told I can either get a store refund (you must be kidding me....never again) or a bank refund. BUT...I must send through bank confirmation as they don't refund to my credit card AND it will take up to 7 days to reflect. Almost a month later and still no refund, no response on email enquiries. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Shopping at Snatcher is an absolute disaster!!!
