Very poor and *********

Snatcher has very reasonable priced items but their customer service is pathetic as well as frustrating as they won't allow you to call them. Their only correspondence is via email. Should you return any item they take more than 2 months to refund you. I returned item that was not as per advert but they refused to refund me and requested a manager to speak with me but was ignored. Please be aware of this when purchasing items. I purchased the swivel sweeper and got one that was old model and not working properly as well as it was used and the other item was a cold towel but still to date nothing on that now over 2 months. I sent several mails to get resolution but nothing. Also when you order it shows the item in stock but then they say not in stock only to find you must wait over 2 months to get money back or you forced to get refund then you need to order again with the same cycle repeating. Someone needs to look into this business operation as to why you unable to contact them telephonically. To buy online is a risk but yet this company needs to be accountable for their returns. I prefer Onedayonly excellence in products and service. I need my refund of R583 from Snatcher. Mrs Mackenzie
