Very poor
Poor service- I ordered my par el in 25 Nover 2023, to-date I have not received my parcel. The parcel was shipped through parcelninja, the courier company did not even try to call me, they just said delivery failed. After a month of trying to talk to the courier company without success, I reached out to Snatcher and spoke to Ismaeel Rahim, he was not helpful at all, he informed me that my parcel was couriered back to them which was a lie. I am very disappointed

11 Jan 2024, 16:37I am still waiting for the call. I changed the delivery address, I only received a call today with the delivery person at my previous address. When I asked thim to wait for me for 10 minutes since it is Snatcher's fault, he refused.
