Very frustrated

I bought products (245450) the 25th Jan 2023, My order was delivered in Feb with out one product short. I have asked numerous times for a refund, sent all my details. Every time I send a message I get they will escalated it to the the accounts department. I dont have problems with the delivery or ordering. I always have a problem with the refunds. this is the second time I must wait for my refund for weeks. If this is the way they want to work I will stop buying from Snatcher.
