Very dissatisfied

I ordered before and got my products in 10 days. This time I ordered again and got it 12 days laters and also never got a product I ordered only to be told they waiting on it from supplier but then just on 10 days got told they don't have it. Then to top it off I never got my refund. That's all emailed in September the 16th and it's October and still no reply on the refund. Poor service and they don't seem to value the customers after you order again and become a regular customer. Very dissatisfied
