Very Disappointing!

I absolutely love the variety of items on Snatcher and their pricing is reasonable. I have bought from them from time to time over the years and needless to say, more often than not, I had trouble with my deliveries. I have even received a parcel addressed to me for someone else. I contacted them immediately about it, but they never did anything to fix the problem. I buy gifts for family and friends from them and the packaging/boxes that the items are in, make the item look like it has been laying in the bottom of a pile of ******* somewhere - making it not something that one can gift to another. I have now given them one more chance and they messed up my order big time. They are unhelpful and their service is pathetic. I am now done with Snatcher and will never recommend them to anyone else.
