Very disappointed

It has been the worst experience as a first time buyer. There is no communication, I received an incomplete order, nothing was communicated to me, I had to email them to find out. And was told the item went out of stock. Then I also waiting for my refund / money for 3 weeks and counting. Even when I email to find out, some times I don't even get a bare minimum response. They have nice products with good prices but the services is very very very bad and super disappointing....
