Very disappointed

This is a review I am very sad to write, as just a few weeks ago, I loaded a compliment for this site and the assistance received.

It has now happened TWICE that I ordered something from this site, and I don't receive any updates on my order, costing me to email them to follow up.

Once I do this though, I quite quickly get a response, however, not the response I want... This is now the second time that I had to contact them to find out that my order is being delayed as the item I ordered is no longer in stock.

Firstly, get your website to work properly and don't sell things that are out of stock Secondly, have the decency to let me know and don't wait for me to ask you what is going on.

I am very very disappointed.
