Very disappointed!!!!

With my first order everything went so good. But now with my second order Snatcher services went downhill badly. Yesterday evening I received an email where they apologized for not having all the stock I have ordered, 8 business days after I have done an order and after they already handed my order to the courier company!!!!!!!!! This is very bad service. I asked for a refund into my bank account and getting NO feedback or reply from them. I guess this means im not getting my money back!!!!!
