Very disappointed

I placed my order on December 17th only to receive it mid-Jan. The issue really isn't that items can take long to source or that you can possibly struggle with a backlog. It is the lack of communication, being less than concerned 😟 😨 😒 😕 🙄 The lack of service is unacceptable, you should care enough to wanna keep your customers.
