Very disappointed

My first purchase experience has not been good. Half of the good I received had one less component inside the packaging , the boxes inside the carton box was open and the contents of the one unit scratched. The two notebook stands were not functional and very flimsy when you open the notebook while mounted, the note book slides off the stand. Now that I want to exchange the unit the consultant is telling me less 15% of my purchase because it's unwanted. But that's not the case it doe not function as it should it is not my fault. I have also had to follow up on feedback numerous time and have not received a response in 3 days. I'm not impressed. This is why I choose takealot and rather pay more these small e-commerce stores don't test the product before selling and they have poor service
