Very disappointed

I placed an order on 26 October 2022 and to this day I have not received my order. It is said that delivery take 7-10 days but now I need to wait another 5-7 days for delivery as my order is only being dispatched today 10 November 2022. No updates are provided by Snatcher and no one informs a customer if there is a delay. What kind of customer service is that???? If had not been tracking my order I would not know that I will be waiting 3 weeks for an order. This is unacceptable.
