Very bad service overall!!!

I ordered from them on the 28th April and didn't receive the order number nor email confirming my order. I emailed them to check the status of my order but there were no response for days. I called twice, they told me that I didn't order anything from them and they can't help me without the order number. I told her that I have sent a proof of payment from my bank and she said they'd check with their accounts department and get back to me, I'm still waiting. I sent emails every day with no answer back for the past week now!! Their service is so bad. The consultants sound as though they are bored or tired with an attitude when you call them. This was my first time buying from them and I don't think I'll make that mistake again. Now I just want my money back.
