Very bad service

Im highly disappointed in Snatcher, their delivery process and communication process needs some work. I placed an order on the 8th June and I was the one constantly emailing where is my order and they take forever to respond. Only to be notified a month later that they forgot to inform me they would no longer be receiving stock. Fine, can i get my money back? Sent proof of banking details and still no communictaion after I asked what was the turnaround time. Please work on your communication, this sort of things will make me not want to buy from you again
