Very bad service

Hi, I have ordered a mini projector on the 3rd of Sept. The wrong, cheaper, model was delivered with less specs than the one I ordered and paid for. After a whole lot of back and forth, the wrong unit was collected again . The call center person assured me on the 17th of Sept that they will be sending a replacement. Untill now, I have received no further feedback on when I can expect delivery of the correct projector and no reply on another follow up email from me today to the effect. Order: #102144 Can someone at Snatcher correct this situation?
