VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

it was my first online purchase, I have been looking for a red blender and snatcher had it on special. The process was effortless, the order arrived on time, however, the color was green instead of red. I then sent an email to query about this but after a day or two I decided to call as there was no response in my email. when I called the rep told me it depends on the availability with the supplier so if i get green that means they only have green. then i received a response on my email they wanted me to take photos of the product and send back to them. I decided let me use - I will hide it somewhere in the kitchen and not display as i initially wanted. I plugged it in for the first time - there was a smell in the house and it didnt work - I am now stuck with the product
