Using Snacher is not worth it. Very poor service.

I ordered a product and l was told it will be delivered in the next 10 days. After 19 days of waiting l was told the product is out of stock. They offered to give me a a similar product that was not of the same spec as what l had bought. I then decided they refund me. It's now almost 2 months and l am waiting for my refund. I have never experienced such poor service. I thought l would give them a chance since l have always been using Takealot all along. Yo anyone who is considering buying from Snancher, please think twice. You should be prepared for all these challenges that l am facing. Honestly, l would never recommend them to anyone otherwise that person will hate you for life. I have never been so inconvenienced and disappointed.
