Useless Service
Ordered a calculator for my step son, paid for it. they then sent the total incorrect calculator that costs a fraction of what was paid. Sent the item back for credit. It is now almost 2 months later and they do not respond to emails. and no credit has been given

Too date there has not been any further communication nor has there been any refund what so ever. In my opinion they have now ****** money from us, and a case of theft be open. They do not have a phoneline that you can contact and actually speak to a person. Which to me is proof they wish to hide behind emails and deliver empty promises. To say I am fed up with them would be an understatement for sure. if who ever reads this from Snatcher wishes to speak to me feel free to hidden response me with a contact number
