Useless Service at Snatcher

I ordered a digital photo frame from Snatcher. After emailing to find out where my product is, I get an email informing me that it is out of stock. I was asked if I would like a credit or a refund. I asked for a refund. I have now been waiting for over 2 weeks to recieve my refund and they still have not asked me for my bank details. There seems to be an excuse every time I ask about my redund.I keep dealing with Ismaeel. I am not impressed, at all!
