Useless customer service - flying blind

Very useless communication with customers. Info mailbox is basically unattended. They have cut their phone lines, I can only assume this is due to customer complaints. Tracking details are non-existent, customer basically fly blind.

Their website indicates clearly that deliveries take 7 to 10 working days. This is probably wishful thinking or a company aspiration, but it is far from the truth.

There appear to be a number of positive reviews on Hello peter, most of which appear to be users who only positively rate Snatcher. Very suspicious!
