Unsettled customer

I received what I ordered and I'm happy with the quality, however communication is a zero, it gives you an unsettling feeling when you can't contact a company. I placed an order on the 28th of November and my product arrived at my work place on the 14th of December at 19:00 in the evening, it was sheer luck that someone was still there to receive the order. I had no clue it was shipped, I had no updates about what was happening, I emailed support and had no response, not sure if I just got lucky to get my item and it was what I expected, I started thinking it was a ****. Other than that I am happy with my product, but I can't order from a company and wait on tender hooks for the arrival of my goods.
