Unsatisfied

Shocking service and not recommend. Purchased items on 23rd May. Paid up front for 9 items in a certain colour as they were for a wedding. Got the items delivered and only received 6 instead of 9 of which one was the wrong colour. When this was communicated I was told that I received items that were in stock. Was them told other items would be delivered. I again waited weeks then had to get hold of them again. Only 4 arrived which were damaged. I was told I had to return wrong item and only then correct item would be given to me. Returned item only to be told nothing was in stock. I told them to return said wrong item only to be told that is nowhere to be found. Waited a week or two while they told me all would be sorted only to be told today now no stock not even the one I returned. So did they resell my said item. SNATCHER is not an online platform you can use or trust. I do not recommend to use them.
