Unresponsive after payment

I placed an order on 22 July 2024. Today is the 27th of August 2024, and my order has not been attended to since I made payment. There are no responses to my queries and complaints. This is disheartening. Please do not put yourself through the same ordeal by dealing with Snatcher.
