Unprofessionalism n poor service

Initially i ordered a watch that only worked 1 week n they refuse to refund me or to gv me a new watch instead they gàve me R50 voucher.On the 15th of January i ordered earphones which was due to delivery after 15 days,15 days passed i made a follow up without them sending a feedback,they told me they waiting for factory to dispatch it,now they ignoring me on all social medias including emailz
