Unprofessional & poor service

I waited for almost a month for my order to be delivered, even thou they promised on their site that it's 7-12 days, worse when I receive my order today 1 item it's missing & no1 communicated with me, When I ask them about it They just say they ll refund me, no apology no nothing, They are very unprofessional
