Unprofessional
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response and responsibility they take as a business. I have returned a faulty product about a month ago and I am still fighting for the refund! The last correspondence I eventually got was it would take 7 days, after 7 working days I did a follow up to get told they are inundated with returns so it will take longer than anticipated and that was the last I heard. So I have no idea if and when I will be refunded. IT is extremely frustrating and unprofessional!!!

I trust it will also be a full refund and I won't have to be fighting for that as well (delivery and for the item, as the product was returned and requesting of a refund due to it being faulty)
