Bought an instant electric heater I wanted to retire because it required plumbing and Snatcher responded to my emails ignoring my request to return the item. Seems it’s a strategy to not ge t returns if you read their terms and conditions stating “you are liable for returns and we do not gurantee we will receive your item back”
