Unhappy with first order!!!

I have ordered dog shoes from Snatcher, its the first time I use them, the website says specifically that the despatch timeline is 7-10 working days, I've only received a email for saying "thank you for your order with Snatcher, the courier will come in contact once the package is dispatched" until today no message, no email what so ever!!! im really disappointed!!! I've searched the internet hi and low to find a contact number that works, but there is NO PHONE NUMBER to contact Snatcher, the emails is USELESS.... what can I do??? its my first time to order from Snatcher, and like I say I'm super disappointed!!! they are quick to take your money but you don't get feedback or nothing!!! payment was already made on 18th of Aug..
