Unhappy customer

Very disappointed with snatcher. I ordered for the first time and they delivered the incorrect colour item after emails asking about my desired colour. I gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered something else and I received something totally different from what I ordered (shape, colour, dimensions) and again this was after an email confirming the item on the Pic.
