Unhappy customer

Their customer service is pathetic, I will never recommend it. I placed an order on the 29th of November 2021, 21 days later I haven't received my order and the refund that they promised to process for the missing items on that order. They keep telling me that they will deliver on a certain day but they never do. I sent numerous emails and they said there was no one at home which is ridiculous, I sat at home the whole day waiting for the delivery and the refund. They are full of stories.
