UNHAPPY CLIENT

This is the 2nd disappointment that I got from Snatcher. I ordered a item it show it doesn’t have the SOLD OUT sticker on, I paid for it...received 2 emails one for payment that was done and another one that shows they will let me know which courier‘s will deliver. A week after that I received an e-mail saying this item is no longer available they apologize. Why does it still show then when so you can order????
