Unhappy

I Placed an order with Snatcher recently (White Glass Board and other goods) - the other goods were delivered on stipulated time, I had to make contact to ask about the white boards that was not delivered. Snatcher then advised that the supplier supp**** the incorrect price and was now out of stock (this after i confirmed price and availability). They then offered to provide a refund or a voucher, a week later the refund still has not happened. This is unacceptable - I may not purchase anything from Snatcher again
