Unfulfilled Order

I placed an order on 18 June 2023 for 3 items. On 28 June 2023, I received an email saying my order has been packed and will be delivered soon. I received the goods and 1 of the items that I ordered was delivered plus a free gift from Snatcher. I also received another email stating that the other items are coming from China via Buffalo Couriers. Nowhere on my initial order did it state that the items were going to come from China. I was dissatisfied but waited for the items. I received the delivery on 4 July 2023 but only received one item. I was still missing one time the Xiaomi MI 6 band. I contacted Snatcher via email immediately describing that I am still missing one item. They said I must wait for the delivery but I already received the goods. I sent numerous emails stating that I am missing one item. Then they said the goods were delivered and ignored what I was telling them. I told them that I would lodge a complaint if my goods were not going to be delivered but they are ignoring my emails. I tried to call but they do not accept telephone calls.
