Unfair treatment
Purchased a set of three kitchen tools and only received one tool not in the set ordered. They maintain order is complete. I am trying to tell them they sent the wrong item and I want a set of three as per their adverti*****t. They insist that I send back by courier the item not wanted at my expense and they will credit me the amount paid for the set of three, less 15% handling fee as well. Their mistake and I must pay for it. No more purchasing from them.
