I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed and paid for on the 20th of August 2024, which still has not been delivered. Despite previous emails requesting an update, I have received no response from your team. This delay is unacceptable, and I am urgently requesting that you look into this matter and provide me with the status of my order.
