Undelivered items

I am very disappointed with Snatcher.co.za because I didn't get my complete order today. I paid via online banking on 25 November 2021 already, and sent confirmation that same day. I emailed Snatcher and was told their agent that they are still waiting for one of my orders from the supplier. After numerous emails to enquire when will I receive my orders, my parcel finally arrived today 17 December 2021. I was very excited to open the box. But 4 of my items was not included ,including the items that they were waiting on, from their supplier. I tried calling, but they have an automated voice that say they do not accept phone calls anymore, and customers must contact them via email. I sent 3 emails and they usually respond immediately with a reference number, but I didn't even get that. I praised Snatcher Online awhile back, but I'm withdrawing my comments, because is no customer satisfaction at all. I sincerely hope that I'll be receiving my the rest of my orders. Melissa
