undelivered air fryer

I bought an air fryer 15liters on line and they promised to deliver it on the 1st of April 2024 ,to date they have not deliver my goods .I also made a follow up call and Mitchelle immediately sent me an email giving me a tracking number ,the name of the person to deliver and the registration but when I track it says not found please assist me in this matter.
