Uncaring driver

I have a complaint against your driver. He has been very unprofessional and showed no care for me as a client. Today he just called me to tell me that he was outside I must come and get my item.

He did not call me earlier to alert me to avail myself for the delivery.He did not even send me an SMS to tell me he was coming. When he called me I was on my way home. I arrived home after seven minutes and I called him and asked him if he was still around. I also asked him when can I get my parcel. He told me he does not even go to New Brighton and I could get it tomorrow or the next day, he does not know.

I have waited long enough for this parcel. I always do online shopping and delivery is never a surprise, I am an adult who is busy , he should have called me to tell me to avail myself.his answers showed that he does not care for me or people who stay in New Brighton. I am a client who has already paid for the item and the delivery, I should not be a victim of his bias and prejudice. I do not care about his opinion about where I live I just need my parcel, I am very upset.
