Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication from Snatcher

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Snatcher. I requested a refund on the 13th of August, and as of today, the 30th of August, I am still waiting for it. Despite sending multiple emails to follow up, I have received no response or acknowledgment from their support team.

The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. It's frustrating to be left in the dark for 17 days without any updates or resolution. This kind of service is not what I expected, and it has left me questioning the reliability of Snatcher.

I urge anyone considering purchasing from Snatcher to be cautious. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.
