*****ulent company. Order paid abd never delivered

I placed an online order for R892 and paid for this on 02 Sept 2023. To date I gave not received my delivery. Their website shows a call centre number. When calling the number, the recording states "due to the nature of our business we do not take calls" & that they must be emailed at *** - when emailing my enquiry, only Ruth replies advising the courier service can't contact me. I have provided 4 additional numbers, still no contact. Today I receive an email stating that my delivery was done on 22 Sept 2023. I have not received any delivery. I've asked for proof of delivery, who signed for it and what proof of identification was provided. There has been no response. Besides the emails, Ive logged 2 queries on their web page and have had no contact from this. I am of the opinion that this is a *****ulent company and that they have ****** my money.
