*****ulent company DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Snatcher is a MA se PUSS I've had many problems with this company (Which I will number) and I urge everyone to not do business with them as they are *****ulent. I ordered 2 cat GPS tracking collars on 6 July 2024. I paid the order was put through byt it still needed several days (1) to process. However 4 days later I need to cancel. Mind you it was still being processed meaning the items weren't packed or shipped. So I should have gotten the refund within 48 hours at most. After several (2) emails they reply a week later (3), telling me they will process the cancelation after I give them my bank details amd that a 15% fee will be charged (4) in every other legit delivery business like Amazon or Takealot there is no such fee. I give them all the information required and they said the order was canceled and my refund should be done within 7 days (5) it should not take that long this is a local business using FNB, refunds should be immediate or 24 hours. Those 7 days past and I still don't have a refund(6), they then claim they have a backlog on refunds (7) and provide no further information. However that same day i get a notification that my order status has changed (8) and the items have been shipped to dispatch waiting to be delivered. This should not be possible because i canceled this weeks ago before it eas processed. This tells me they didnt cancel my order (9) and werent contacting me to purposely stall (10) so they could give me the product and claim I can't get a refund. But when I tracked my order I discovered that it was already delivered and collected to someone on 29 July(11)! I got 0 notifications (12) or alerts that it was out for delivery or delivered, and 0 verification checks to sign for the parcel and of course no delivery person came to my address. I have obliviously emailed regarding my refund and the lost products and received no response , from July to August this nonsense has being going on. Lastly these collars although claim to have many perks are unnecessarily expensive (14)Apple and Samsung tags are much cheaper, I could get 4 of either for less, which is probably the 1st sign this isn't worth **** because if APPLE is the cheaper something is wrong.
