There is a reason why they are not telephonically available. Read and trust the google reviews. They are indeed as bad as it says. Paid for a product, 9 days later no status change or feedback other than "paid". Cancelled the order online, finally a reply informing me of a 15% handling fee and 7 day turnaround time on the refund. 17 Days later no reply on any e-mail which is the only means of contact and no refund. I beleive this is a *****ulant business and will be opening a police case for what it is worth.
